What is large clear span tent?

Clear span is defined as an open area (height) with no physical obstructions. Clear span tents

don’t have interior support columns to interfere with sight lines, which means that you won’t

have a large tent pole inside the tent to get in the way of stages, tables, equipment and anything else that is regularly placed inside. The entire clear span tent structure is supported by large,

aluminum box beams which are then covered with a heavy duty and long lasting flexible vinyl

fabric. The fabric is tension to the aluminum support structure in such a way that the clear span

tent can be installed for months or even years with very little in the way of maintenance.

Most clear span tents are “staked” to the ground with long steel tent stakes and therefore don’t

require the use of ropes or “guy-lines” like you would see on a typical circus style tent.

Material of large clear span tent:

Framework: Hard pressed extruded aluminium alloy 6061/T6. European standard, much more harder than normal aluminum alloy. With anodized, the aluminum will not be oxidated and the color will be always new for long time. Lifespan: over 20 years

Roof Cover: Double PVC coated polyester, 850g/sqm, block-out, water-proof, UV resistant, EUR fire retardant DIN4102 B1/M2/B1, snow resistance, tear resistance. Temperature resistance(°C) :-40°C-70°C. Lifespan: 8 years

Sidewalls: 650g/sqm white PVC fabric, translucent, water-proof, UV resistant, fire retardant to DIN4102 B1/M2/B1.
