Payment term:
30% deposit for production in advance, and the rest should be paid before loading. We would make the tent testing installation in our factory to ensure all thing well before your make the rest payment. Or you can ask your shipping agent or Chinese friend to check the loading.

2, will package all the tent well, especially the glass door, or glass wall panel.
3, tent installation manual and video will be sent as well after the order confirm. Our engineer also can fly to your place to guide your installation to ensure all thing well.
